In early 2025, the Foundation partnered with the local DSWD to expand its outreach to Currimao, delivering medicines, medical equipment, and rice to elderly, sick, and disabled residents. This expansion was made possible by a generous Currimao couple who has quietly donated to the Foundation for a decade, inspired by our transparency and financial integrity. Through this partnership, we now support 20 families in Currimao, extending our vital care and commitment to vulnerable communities beyond Paoay.

The Helping Hands Community Outreach program delivers year-round support to vulnerable families through three core initiatives. Compassion in Crisis mobilizes volunteers to provide food, water, and medicine during natural disasters, while the Christmas Noche Buena Program distributes essential holiday food items to families in need. Concurrently, the Twin Hearts, Healing Hands Initiative provides ongoing medical outreach and joy to children with disabilities. To date, the Foundation actively sustains 64 families with disabled children and 40 indigent families, reinforcing its lasting commitment to inclusion and community-centered care.

Now in its fifth year, the Dagdag Baon program continues to champion education in Paoay. For the past three years, the Foundation has supported a resilient college scholar living with a disability by covering her daily transportation costs. She is now just one year away from graduation. Building on this success, the Foundation is working to establish a formal Memorandum of Agreement with Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU) to create a structured, sustainable, and mission-aligned selection process for future scholars.

Solar lights were distributed to 70 families facing power outages, prioritizing those caring for disabled children and elders. This vital support provides more than just illumination—it brings safety, comfort, and dignity to vulnerable households.

Launched in December 2025, the Livelihood Program in Dressmaking & Tailoring equips participants with practical, income-generating skills that support long-term self-reliance. To support its 17 initial enrollees, the program provided state-of-the-art sewing machines, complete sewing kits, and a dedicated training instructor. By offering structured training and hands-on practice, the initiative helps mothers, caregivers, and community members build sustainable sources of income for their families. The first batch of students successfully graduated on August 30, 2026, and enrollment is currently open for the next class, which begins on September 25, 2026.

Paoay is home to a remarkable tapestry of century-old customs and traditions—living expressions of the town’s identity, artistry, and shared memory. These traditions are more than remnants of the past they are an important part of what connects generations and defines the community. Preserving them with authenticity and respect is a core mission of the Annak Ti Paoay Foundation, ensuring that Paoay’s cultural heritage continues to thrive for generations to come. For more than a decade, the Foundation has proudly celebrated Tambura, Paoay’s cherished Christmas tradition. Its enduring spirit has inspired many of our cultural and community outreach initiatives, including the Noche Buena program, which brings the joy and warmth of Christmas to families in need. At our Gala, Paoay’s cultural heritage was brought to life through performances of Diana, Bendisyon, and Inabel, showcasing traditional music, dance, and customs while reaffirming our commitment to preserving and celebrating the traditions that make Paoay unique. Looking to the future, the Foundation is working with local maestros to revive solfeo classes and provide young people with opportunities to develop their musical talents. By connecting the next generation with the music, traditions, and artistry of their ancestors, we hope to ensure that Paoay’s cultural legacy remains vibrant—not simply remembered, but lived and passed on.
